Ludovico Frati began his career in robotics research before entering the packaging industry in 2012. He joined NUOVA GIDUE as R&D Manager and following the company’s acquisition by BOBST, took on leadership roles at BOBST across R&D, Strategic Project Management, Product Marketing, and Sales. Today, he is Sales & Marketing Director Digital for the Folding Carton division.
With 13 years’ experience developing products and businesses he is driving the folding carton printing and converting agenda to enhance market penetration, revenue growth, and customer engagement while advancing digital transformation in the industry.
Ludovico holds an Executive MBA from ESCP Business School in Paris (France) and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering at the University of Pisa (Italy). Passionate about digitalization, business transformation and leadership, he is committed to creating positive impact through technology, collaboration, and a sustainable vision for the future.
