The Fira Gran Via is located in a new business development area, connected to the main motorways and dual carriageways leading into Barcelona:

You will need to fill out your online listing and show guide entry in the Exhibitor Portal, this will feed through to the show website in order for visitors to view your company contact details.

The exhibitor portal is there to help make your planning and participation in our events as simple as possible. It is through the exhibitor portal that you will find information on rules and regulations, how to order extras like furniture, logistics, deadlines and health and safety details. 

You will need to fill out your online listing and show guide entry section in the Exhibitor Portal.

The show guide entry deadline is 1 July 2025.
 

The exhibitor is fully responsible for obtaining comprehensive insurance protection for their exhibits, display materials, personal property and staff personnel. The cover is mandatory and should be against all risks, both in transit to/from, and on location at the exhibition for the entire show period.

You must provide a copy of your insurance policy and be insured for Public Liability to a minimum level of £2,000,000 or €2,500,000 or $3,000,000. Please submit a copy to help@labelexpo.com or submit below.

Any loss or damage that may occur during the show should immediately be notified to the organizers and security on-site. Please note that exhibitor contracts do not cover stand contractors and any subsequent sub-contractors, and as such contractors are now required to submit proof that they have adequate insurance cover.

Special rates are exclusively available from our official housing service provider, bnetwork. Please note that bnetwork is the ONLY OFFICIALLY RECOMMENDED and authorized hotel reservations agent. Please beware of any other third-party convention housing agents who may solicit your business, charge more and may not honor your reservation when the time comes. 

• Hotel rooms can all be viewed and booked through the website.
• All reservation changes and/or cancellations must be made through bnetwork. Please DO NOT contact the hotel directly.

The exhibitor badge portal is linked within your exhibitor portal, section Badges/ Lead retrieval. Once in this section scroll down and click on ‘Access badge system and register your team’. 

Under the Team tab you will see the number of exhibitor badges available FOC with your stand space. The number of free badges you get depends on the size of your stand (3 badges per 9sqm of space booked). 

Additional exhibitor badges can be purchased in the badge portal.

Please register before arriving onsite, via your exhibitor badge portal. You will need to bring your confirmation email to the event to collect your badge from the exhibitor registration desk located in the East entrance. 

VIP codes are perfect for your top clients and prospects. Show them that they are appreciated and invite them to come and see your latest products. VIP codes cannot be used by your own staff.

Each exhibitor has 1 free VIP pass for every 3 sqm of stand space, rounded to the nearest integer. For example, a 9sqm stand will give you 3 free VIP passes.

Additional VIP codes are available at £35 each (your client still pays nothing). Minimum order is 10 VIP codes. These can be ordered in your exhibitor portal, section Badges/ Lead retrieval. 

Deadline for clients to use VIP codes: 22 August. 

VIP codes offer clients free registration for one 4 day expo pass only. 

You can download your VIP codes from the badge portal linked in the exhibitor portal. When in the badge portal click on Guests and then Action codes. 
 

A general free of charge Wi-Fi service is available for the show for visitors and exhibitors, however for a consistent connection we would recommend ordering a dedicated network through the Fira Store.

Security is provided however if you have any valuable products you want to leave on your stand then please make sure they are locked away, otherwise you can hire your own security personnel for your stand through the Fira store.

Yes, there will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments. Exhibitors are not allowed to bring their own food and drink into the halls and will have to use the venues in-house caterers. 
 

You can find your stand number when you log into the Exhibitor Portal, it is displayed on the right hand side.
