- Starfoil Technology proudly introduces the new Pro Line CLC-600RXL spooling and slitting machine, a compact and user-friendly machine, specifically engineered for spooling or slitting 3” hot-stamping rest rolls into 1” or 3” finished rolls. Operating at speeds of up to 200 meters per minute, the CLC-600RXL can accommodate unwind diameters up to 600 mm and rewind diameters up to 450 mm. The machine offers a maximum working width of 400 mm, with a minimum web width of 30 mm when using shear slitting and just 9 mm with razor slitting.
- API Transfer Technologies is launching the CTW-Series for narrow web flexo printing used alongside Paragon Inks UVDRY cold foil adhesives L725 and L741, recommended for applications such as self-adhesive labels and shrink sleeves, especially where over-printability is a key requirement. The products in this series offer significant environmental advantages, such as reducing the frequency of reel changes of the transfer rolls while maintaining the same yield, lowering logistics costs and contributing to greater sustainability with overall higher productivity and the reduction of the carbon footprint throughout the supply chain.
- Paragon Inks is launching a new Chameleon Print Solution, a dedicated set of inks for Flexible Extended Gamut Printing (FEGP) and has been exclusively formulated to unify with the bespoke Chameleon reprographic system from JFM, giving printers a completely unique FEGP system that delivers high quality product optimisation, combined with numerous environmental, cost, time and waste savings. Developed for use on in-line UV flexo presses, giving optimum performance in all types of flexo printing units equipped with UV and LED drying. This ink range has the potential for use on indirect food packaging, on the condition that Food Packaging Compliance (FPC), can be demonstrated.
- Newfoil proudly presents the Newfoil 3500 Servo: a high-speed hot foil label stamping, embossing and converting machine, featuring a complete revision of the electronic, control and mechanical systems. Integrated servo drives are used to power all the dynamic functions of the machine, this can increase productivity by 100% or more, with reduced operator input, quicker set-up, reduced waste, lower noise levels, data logging and much more. All Newfoil machines combine easiness of operation with high efficiency and output. Newfoil is a division of Starfoil Technology Netherlands.
