Print Systems presents the new UV LED 75 COMBO, HydroPure, FLOW Flexo 110 and VERTI VF80

UV LED 75 COMBO is a newly developed, multifunctional exposure unit. It features a mobile UVA exposure lamp, a UVC drawer, two drying drawers, and a vacuum table type. The system comes with a new 7” operator panel. The UVA lamp is air-cooled. Available in FULL version or customizable configurations.

This inline machine handles flexographic plates up to 1100 mm wide and features punching, black mask wash, plate wash, rinse, drying, UVC and UVA exposure, unloading sections and more. Plates are guided automatically at a constant speed. A large 10” touchscreen ensures easy operation. Available with or without UVA + UVC exposure. 

Print Systems is presenting the VERTI VF80 at Labelexpo Europe 2025. Designed for flexo plates up to 635x762 mm, it features a full washing cycle: black mask wash, main wash, rinse, drying, and optional UVC/UVA exposure and more. The machine includes a 7” touchscreen, heated water system, automatic lid, and closed water circulation. Built for precision, efficiency, and easy integration with external filtration systems.
