UV Ray presents new air-cooled LED system

UV Ray will present its MaxLED lamps with a new air-cooled solution, complementing its es-tablished water-cooled systems. The new air-cooled version maintains consistent tempera-ture and emission performance over its lifetime, backed by extensive real-world testing.

MaxLED offers long-term energy and cost savings, with a compact, modular design and preci-sion-managed power for various UV curing applications. It can also be configured in hybrid setups with UV Ray’s mercury lamps.

UV Ray will also highlight MaxLED as a retrofit-friendly option for straight-path presses, and debut its new Goliath UV reflector delivering 100% uniform output with lower web temper-atures—ideal for screen printing integration.
