As an exhibitor at Labelexpo Europe,  please consider the following to help support our sustainability efforts:

• Ensure your stand is designed for reuse, either by you or your contractors, as part of our Better Stands initiative
• Consolidate your shipments and choose logistics companies with strong sustainability credentials
• Use energy-efficient LED lighting and equipment, and power down everything at the end of the day
• Add digital sales and promotional brochures to your stand touch point to reduce paper waste and source recycled, sustainably certified paper options where printing is needed.
• When buying promotional items, consider the quantity, eco-friendly materials, and long-term usefulness
• Minimize your stand's waste, for the unavoidable waste items, try to ensure it will be recycled. Key items to consider include signage and carpeting
• Consolidate your total business travel by making the most of your time at Labelexpo Europe
• Consider how you'll get to the event and if you can avoid air travel or take lower carbon transport
• Bring a refillable water bottle and your own coffee cup to save plastic usage
• Recycle your waste onsite and in your hotel where possible
• Avoid food waste
• Support local businesses, such as restaurants, shops, and bars. Explore and get to know the area
• Keep active during the show and get fresh air when you can
