ALE Unveils EasyCell to Revolutionize Laser Engraving with Simplified Operation, Enhanced Quality, and Automated Performance Monitoring.

ALE introduces EasyCell, a suite of integrated technologies designed to simplify and enhance the laser engraving process. Traditionally dependent on highly skilled operators and complex parameter adjustments, EasyCell drastically reduces setup complexity by standardizing configurations across a wide engraving range (25–1200 lpi). Its core innovation lies in producing flatter-bottomed cells that are easier to clean, less prone to plugging, and more consistent. 

They will showcase this capability by exhibiting a ceramic anilox cylinder with engravings from 25-1200lpi. The roller has been automatically engraved without any operator intervention. Now the majority of anilox engravings can be made easier, fast and with less skilled operator intervention.
