Zeller+Gmelin presents new generation of UV LED and digital printing ink series

The printing ink manufacturer Zeller+Gmelin GmbH & Co. KG has again expanded its product range for the growing market area of LED UV applications.

In addition to the UVALUX® U540 LED UV offset series for the non-food sector that has already been introduced, the range has now been supplemented with UVALUX® LED FCM U581 for the reliable printing of food packaging. Both offset ink series have been continuously optimized over the last few months and are now presented with a large number of improved properties.

Our portfolio in LED-UV has now also been supplemented with two ink series for flexographic printing.

Our latest flexo products UVAFLEX UV LED FCM Y581 and NON-FCM Y580 for the narrow web segment, deliver high quality print results with the added value of proven functionality at the highest print speeds under hybrid curing, UV mercury or UV LED curing technologies, thus maximizing the economic and environmental benefits.

The digital printing ink portfolio will be presented as a novelty, with a special focus on the tactile application of an inkjet-printed structure coating on glass, as well as UV and UV LED inkjet inks of the latest generation for packaging and industrial applications made of plastic and metal.

Zeller+Gmelin presents the new developments for label and packaging printing at the Labelexpo in Hall 11 Stand 11C20.
