EVOLED is conceived to meet the needs of the most demanding industrial printers requiring high UV power with minimal energy consumption. This system is characterized by modularity and compactness and can be adapted to flexo and offset presses; it also guarantees high printing performance on any type of support, thanks to the compatibility with the widest range of substrates.

 

The whole system is composed by the EVOCure cassette, that is available in full led or hybrid version and ensures uniformity of emissions throughout the printing area; the power supply unit EVOPower, that is suitable for full led and hybrid cassettes; the EVOTouch panel, that allows to easily manage the EVOLED system with its simple and intuitive graphics and the EVOChill chiller, whose capacity is proportionated to the cassettes and power supplies belonging to the system. 

 

EVOLED is also engineered for faster installations and settings: this minimizes machine downtime and customers’ inconvenience. Furthermore, the latest UV LED technology allows environmental and economic benefits due to the absence of ozone emissions and mercury lamps.
