We are committed to making our events more sustainable.
Eco-friendly practices
At Labelexpo Europe 2023, sustainability is a priority. We are implementing the following eco-friendly practices:
- The aisle carpet used during the event will be entirely recycled after the show.
- All feature areas are built using reusable systems, minimizing waste.
- All onsite signage is recycled post-event to reduce our enviromental footprint.
The Green AR Experience
Labelexpo Europe 2023 has teamed up with the Woodland Trust to create a fun experience that will make a positive difference for our world.
Attendees scan a QR code which enables them to plant a virtual tree at the show. For every virtual tree planted The Woodland Trust will plant a real tree.
City of Brussels Free Transport
Brussels Expo is providing free transport for visitors and exhibitors on the metro, tram, and bus system during the open days of the show.
Every attendee who registers for Labelexpo Europe 2023 will be sent a free code after 21 August that can be exchanged for a pass valid on any public transport.
Free Bus Shuttles
We are committed to reducing the environmental impact of our event.
We provide a free airport shuttle service from Brussels Expo to Brussels International Airport (Zaventem) and vice versa. The buses will operate on a loop, running approximately every 30 minutes.
