Strong State SF-DFT Digital Flexo Plate is a hard durometer digital printing plate featuring Strong’s revolutionary built-in `Flat-Top Dot’ technology. It offers the convenience of flat-top dots right out of the box, and with no additional platemaking steps or equipment required to obtain flat-top dots. SF-DFT offers near 1:1 mask-to-plate imaging capability, thus eliminating the need for a bump curve, which helps printers to expand the available colour gamut, and print a smaller dot. It is a durable and extremely low tack plate, which is designed for long and clean running print jobs.
