Dr. Sarah-Lisa Theisen is a food chemist with a PhD in chemistry. She joined the Global HSE and Sustainability team of Siegwerk in 2010, where she was dealing with worldwide regulatory requirements on materials and articles in contact with food as well as with global brand owner requirements and in association work (VdL, EuPIA) both on national and on European level.

As Department Manager for Product Safety & Regulations and Recipe Management, Dr. Theisen is now responsible for customer communication regarding product safety in EMEA as well as for internal processes for safe ink formulations and migration tests.
