Exten showcases SynPap range

SynPap is a synthetic media based on Polypropylene and a high content of minerals.
Thanks to its toughness and tear resistance SynPap is an excellent solution for horticulture labels, luggage tags, heavy-duty industrial labels that should not rip, fade or break.
The standard version is cold and heat resistant with a medium resistance to UV light. Long term UV stabilization is possible on request.
The certified direct food contact allows the application for food labelling.
Sustainability has also been our concern: a short supply chain (SynPap is produced in the heart of Europe) and a version with 30% of recycled content make Synpap highly sustainable versus most imported media and always available in a relatively short time.
Standard thickness range are 100, 120, 150, 180, 235 microns, other gauges are possible on demand.
Synpap is printable with a wide variety of techniques: Litho Offset, conventional and UV, Flexographic, Thermal transfer, Ink jet UV, Low temperature toner. The version with Primer treatment will assure water resistance of UV-offset printing.
