Dilli presents its flagship UV inkjet label press, Neo Picasso Plus

Dilli, a long-established and trusted name in the digital inkjet printing industry, is based in South Korea. The company will present its flagship UV inkjet label press, the Neo Picasso Plus, at Labelexpo Europe 2025 in Barcelona. This advanced engine delivers high-quality, consistent results across a variety of label applications and is designed to support both narrow and mid-range production.

The Neo Picasso Plus accepts media up to 350mm wide and prints up to 330mm, making it suitable for sectors such as food, beverage, cosmetics, and logistics. It supports a wide range of substrates, including coated and uncoated papers as well as flexible packaging films, offering high versatility for converters.

With a maximum resolution of 600 x 1,200 dpi, the press features a CMYK base and allows for two additional spot colors—orange, violet, or green. The exhibited unit includes orange, violet, and double white, enhancing opacity. A newly integrated water-cooling system helps regulate printhead temperature, ensuring performance on heat-sensitive substrates.

At the show, the Neo Picasso Plus will run in-line with a jumbo winder, highlighting its stability for flexible packaging and long-run jobs. Dilli is actively seeking new distribution partners across Europe.
