Agergaard Group presents AkeBoose NOVA TK all-in-one chamber doctor blade system

Agergaard Group (stand L62) presents the AkeBoose NOVA TK all-in-one chamber doctor blade system, engineered for precision and productivity in label, folding carton, and flexible packaging flexo printing. NOVA TK ensures highly accurate ink laydown, rapid tool-free blade and seal changes, and minimal cleaning effort – dramatically reducing changeover times. In combination with the compact, low-pulsation, energy-efficient EPP100 peristaltic pump, ideal for both UV and water-based printing inks and coatings, the system enables a resource-efficient, closed ink circuit for elevated print quality and efficiency in flexographic workflows.

Also featured: the LINA integrated printing unit, a plug-and-play marking system with friction drive for direct flexo printing in continuous web processes such as laminating or coating lines. LINA enables simple, user-friendly marking or spot printing of material codes, recycling symbols, or traceability data using UV or water-based inks.
