Nilpeter premieres FA-26 for flexpack applications

Nilpeter presents its visionary take on The Future of Flexo at Labelexpo Europe with a strong focus on cutting-edge technology for short-run flexible packaging and labels.

Seen for the first time at Labelexpo Europe 2023 is the mid-web (26in/670mm) Nilpeter FA-26, which is targeted at short run, value-added flexible packaging and unsupported film applications.

Alongside the FA-26, Nilpeter showcases an FA-17 flexo press fitted with the new Digital Varnish Bar, seamlessly replacing traditional varnishing techniques.

Nilpeter also premieres its Digital Shadow technology, capturing crucial data on usage, performance, and maintenance needs. Described by the company as ‘a complete twin of a physical press in the digital realm’, this allows users to track data, measure performance, improve design, and train and educate staff and users.

In collaboration with Screen, Nilpeter presents a combined press integrating flexo printing units from the FA-Line with the advanced Screen Truepress LABEL SAI S 7C. The line includes post-print embellishments.
