GMerix is a leading provider of specialty coating solutions, offering toll coating, slitting, R&D, and material development services for the label, packaging, and print media industries.

These solutions are developed using advanced technologies, such as water-based and hot-melt adhesive coatings, inkjet-receptive coatings, and functional surface treatments. 

As a coating company, we are geared towards small-scale pilot runs as well as full-scale large productions with unmatched support throughout product development. We coat a wide range of substrates, including PET, polypropylene, plastics, and other specialty films. Among our offerings is also a portfolio of digitally printable media certified for HP Indigo, dry toner, and inkjet platforms, meeting the needs of today’s commercial and industrial print workflows.

Beyond coating, GMerix provides slitting, sheeting, and finishing services, as well as complete material construction, combining facestocks, adhesives, and release liners into ready-to-die-cut label and tape stock.
