LEMORAU Showcases Cutting-Edge Innovations at Labelexpo

This unified platform—developed in-house—will be integrated across all of Lemorau’s flexo printing, die cutting, embellishment, and finishing machines.

Designed with productivity in mind, the enhanced software enables automatic initial positioning of tools, fast register setup, and barcode scanning for tool recognition, drastically reducing setup times and material waste. For flexo printing and die cutting, where speed and precision are critical, this new system represents a major leap forward in efficiency and user experience.

Also on display will be the upgraded ICR4 Inspection Slitter Rewinder, now featuring enhanced precision equipment and automatic slitting knife positioning. Lemorau will round out its showcase with its range of auxiliary equipment, including core cutters and roll lifters—solutions designed to streamline every step of the label production process.
