It is equipped with a high-resolution 4K color line scan camera and flexible lighting for pixel-accurate inspection. Advanced AI technology delivers intelligent, content-based defect classification, increasing inspection speed and significantly reducing false positives. EyeC will present this future-ready, scalable inline inspection solution live at Labelexpo Europe 2025, demonstrating how AI integration elevates inline quality control.

•    Print job 1:  A typical personal care example with 5 % metallization coverage, no setup time, fine details and relief effects with up to 10 micrometers, all shades of gold possible, maintaining register at high speed producing quality from 1st meter with no waste.
•    Print job 2:  This print job will showcase even more efficiency, as production does not need to be interrupted during print job changes.  Not only fine details can be metallized, but also large coverage areas.  All shades of colors are possible.  Create whatever you like, you are not limited at all.
