GSE will showcase ink dispensing and software solutions that streamline ink workflows

Under the banner ‘Where ink meets intelligence’ GSE (3A-47) will showcase ink dispensing and software solutions  that streamline ink workflows for packaging printers, bringing efficient operations, shorter makeready times, and a more responsive, compliant production environment.

GSE’s Ink manager (GIm) - available in 15 languages - automates a host of ink-handling processes. The software suite thus minimises administration and errors, while its immediate access to critical ink data also enables users to monitor inventory, track usage, and plan resources with accuracy. The newly enhanced GSE Advanced Reporting module, featured, offers automatic report generation for deeper insights into ink consumption, compliance, and forecasting.
GSE’s Colorsat dispensing systems achieve accurate, repeatable spot colour quality and reduce ink consumption by up to 30%. Dispensers are available for all flexo, gravure and screen printing applications including short-run labels, cartons, flexible packaging, and high-volume corrugated board. Their modular designs with exchangeable parts, offer reduced footprint and allow easy adaptation. The booth will feature the automatic  Colorsat Switch for label printing applications, the manual FCS Dispenser, for less frequent prints, and Colorsat Solo dispenser, for single ingredient dispensing, both sharing a common computer interface. 
On the stand, visitors will be able to design optimal ink workflows with touchpads and visualise how these may be integrated within their own operations, thanks to GSE’s augmented reality (AR)-powered “virtual ink room”.
