Using AI for machine optimisation and offers an Asset Performance Platform creating transparency about the installed assets to ensure improved machine availability. If a fault occurs, the machine automatically create a ticket to inform the service technicians at the earliest stage. "Downtimes will be avoided, throughput times optimised and the OEE of the machines increased," says Köller.
