Karlville Converting presents Pack Ready laminator

For flexible packaging, Karlville Converting will display as part of the Digital Pouch Factory, inside HP Indigo booth, the standard Pack Ready laminator. Once again, HP along with Karlville Converting and Karlville Swiss, will showcase the Digital Pouch Factory. See it live, print, lamination, slitting & pouching, all within 45 minutes. The standard laminator utilizes thermal lamination technology for high strength bonds without cure time as no adhesive is required. 

For shrink sleeves, Karlville Converting will display its latest seamer & inspection combo. The 3rd generation PLUS series seamer, K3 PLUS, operate at 500 meter per minute and form the sleeves via an automatic adjustable forming section. The main advantage of the technology is that is does not have forming figures, thus no friction. The machine has the fastest set up in the industry with auto lay flat correction loop & recipes. For inspection, the most advanced high-speed inspection machine will be showcased. It is equipped with E+L edge guides on both unwind and rewind, therefore it is possible to adjust the amount of oscillation and the type (sine or square) via the MMI.
