Daco Solutions launches PLR430V at wider 430mm web width

Daco Solutions to display the Daco PLR430V inspection slitter rewinder with a three-spindle semi-automatic turret rewind at Labelexpo Europe 2025 at Booth 4A43 Also on display in Barcelona will be the Daco PLD350 semi-automatic turret rewinder for plain label production 
The PLR430V features Daco Solutions patented three spindle semi-automatic turret. With automation in mind the machine has been equipped with a fully automatic slitting unit. To ensure the highest quality labels are produced the PLR430V features a BST TubeScan inspection system. Other options on display also include a large capacity 1000mm (40”) servo driven unwind with roll lift. An optional accumulator enables replaced labels to be reinspected for 100 percent inspection.
