Cheshire Anilox Technology to Launch Advanced Sleeve and Engraving Innovations

The company will launch a new Anilox sleeve design specially developed to lengthen the life span of the sleeve by protecting its edges and a new engraving specially designed to overcome the most common narrow web print issues and critically improve the print quality by enhancing ink transfer, reducing pin holing and enable printers use finer line counts. Also,  its award-winning Maxflo+ will be showcased, this is an innovative engraving design, refined for over more than 15 years to improve the way ink is transferred to the plate, drastically reducing foaming, ink spitting, mottling, pin holing, plugging, and dot gain. The enhanced design has been proven to save on ink usage and deliver higher opacity and print quality. Cheshire will also demonstrate its full range of engraving technology including TactiLoX for high build tactile finishes and easyFlo HD for high opacity whites in one single pass.
