BGM launch an all-new 22” finishing system, highspeed converter with semi-automatic turret, and a 200% Automatic inspection slitter rewinder.
Standard features include: large capacity unwind with integral roll lifting, BGM’s latest GPS gear positioning system (enabling operators to load the master roll into the braking system position with self-alignment and no operator intervention), and the CAP system providing constant air pressure to the unwind mandrel.
A converter with 2 spindle semi-automatic turret, which splices material and advances tails onto cores whilst a tail layon system applies tails to the cores
A 200% Automatic Inspection Slitter Rewinder inspects both sides of the web, slits and rewinds unsupported and supported substrates as low as 15 microns at speeds up to 300m/min.
