IST METZ will be showcasing its high-performance yet affordable Modulux LED concept at Labelexpo Europe 2023. Specializing in no-frills, modular and robust systems for flexo printing applications in the narrow web sector. Modulux is a registered trademark of IST METZ, that offers fully integrated turnkey solutions. together with the UV specialist in terms of installation and maintenance. The production friendly concept of modulux allows you to configure your press according to your requirements. Choose either the basic modulux set-up or customize it with additional IST technologies like Excimer, inertisation or lamp systems. 

 

The basic equipment consists of the components LED unit, cooling, control cabinet and control system. The systems have an electrical output of 90-100 W/cm and a wavelength of 395nm.

The all-inclusive package includes not only the delivery of the LED UV systems from modulux, but also all services such as design integration, installation, troubleshooting, remote service, maintenance, by IST METZ.
