HCI launches FSL-TR1300 Turret Rewind Slitting Machine

HCI launched its latest FSL-TR1300 Turret Rewind Slitting Machine. The machine is designed for slitting label stock, wraparound labels, shrink films for shrink sleeves and other plastic film for flexible packaging.

With automatic splicing and roll changing, stand-by paper cores auto positioning, finished rolls pusher and unloading device to achieve automation.

And also the new FP-X250-2 shrink sleeve seaming machine with rewind auto splicing, ultrasonic lay-flat measuring and solvent detection technology to have seaming & doctoring process two-in-one. The machine runs at a speed of 500m/min and has turret winding stations for fast and easy unloading of products which meets the requirement of high-speed production, automatic roll-changing and online inspection. HCI also provide a complete line converting equipment of slitting, seaming, inspection and cutting for shrink sleeves making.
