GIETZ’s newest development, the Gietz ROFO 450 ECO is the preferred solution for narrow web embellishment processes of printed and non-printed web substrates. This makes it the perfect solution for the finishing of label production and packaging printing. The ROFO 450 ECO is designed to process pressure sensitive materials (adhesive labelstock), paper, cardboard, plastic film, and composite substrates. For working with small and large job runs it is an economic webfed flatbed hot foil stamping solution. The ergonomic design of the machine makes set-up and change over straightforward. At the same time, the machine impresses users with its operator friendliness, performance, and state-of-the-art technology. The machine allows optional high speeds of up to 120 m/min, impresses with an outstanding stamping force and a dynamic foil web transport with a 90 degrees rotating foiling unit. Special tailored solutions configured to customer requirements are possible. The unit can be supplied for incorporation into all current and established narrow web printing / converting / finishing machines. With its own substrate web unwind and rewind device, it runs as a standalone finishing system. Gietz even introduced a wider version: The ROFO 570 ECO offers an even larger stamping surface.
