ALE have launched their cutting-edge EasyCell engraving technology.

EasyCell technology can be supplied as an upgrade to an existing machine or purchased with a new laser engraving system.

EasyCell technology makes engraving easier. This is achieved by reducing the number of choices a machine operator must make, as well as reducing the number of manual adjustments needed to be made from one engraving to the next. At LabelExpo Europe we will showcase this new capability by exhibiting a ceramic anilox roller with engravings from 25 LPI to 1200 LPI. This roller has been engraved automatically by the EasyCell technology without any operator intervention. This wide range of engravings represents the majority of anilox and coatings engravings, so now the majority of anilox engravings can be made easier, faster and with less skilled operator intervention allowing businesses to enhance productivity and consistency.
