IBIS Integrated Bindery Systems introduces a next generation ‘Smart Label’ solution for production of Extended content labels (ECLs). Features include ISG cold glue binding, variable booklet pagination, the ability to handle lightweight paper stocks and a fully integrated in-line Laser ‘Tabber’ to create the extended tabs needed for Pharma ECLs. 

Engineered for precision and minimal operator intervention, this system enables seamless tab cutting and application without needing mechanical dies, enhancing flexibility across short and long runs.  

The modular design is ideal for use with digitally printed sheets to give very fast-turnaround ECL output with minimum manual intervention.
