Crownflex launched the world's first flexo plate making system with independent intellectual property rights in 2022 - - Drum-type LED Ultra-Photon flexographic plate exposure machine. It can lead out High Quality Flat-Top Dot flexographic plate. This exposure machine breaks the traditional flat lay and open plate making method of LED and white light lamps. The products have been successfully sold to large flexographic printing manufacturers and have been highly praised by customers.

At the same time, Crownflex have been officially launched Dry Flexographic Platemaking System without solvent without water  which completely realize and implement environmental protection requirements.

Our System Significantly improve the quality and durability of flexographic plates, shorten production time, reduce costs and manpower, and also meet environmental protection needs.

The system is the result of joint research and development with our  Japanese flexographic plate manufacturers.

If you use Crownflex Laser Engraving Machine and Crownflex Thermal Flexo Plate, you will fully realize a more perfect plate making effect.
