Starfoil Technology – Starfoil Pro Line CLC-600RXL spooling/slitting machine

The new CLC-600RXL is a compact and user-friendly machine, specifically engineered for spooling or slitting 3” hot-stamping rest rolls into 1” or 3” finished rolls. It is equipped with both shear slitting and razor blade slitting options, providing operational flexibility and high precision.

Operating at speeds of up to 200 meters per minute, the CLC-600RXL can accommodate unwind diameters up to 600 mm and rewind diameters up to 450 mm. The machine offers a maximum working width of 400 mm, with a minimum web width of 30 mm when using shear slitting and just 9 mm with razor slitting.
