Multitec will launch it’s gearless sleeve based S3S inline flexo press

The S3S features a sleeve system with servo driven print mandrels, chilled impression and
anilox cylinders to achieve ultimate precision and print quality. Gearless print units ensure zero
backlash and no gear marks. An 8-color press integrates 41+ servo motors across the print, diecut,
infeed, outfeed, unwind, and rewind modules for precise motion control. Intelligent systems
enable automatic on-the-fly pre-registration and perfect register stability even during
acceleration and deceleration.

There will be live demonstrations at Multitec’s stand 3D108 throughout the day. Ive jobs will
be printed with UV and LED combinations on a variety of substrates including 12 microns PET,
35 microns BOPP and some pressure sensitive stocks.
