Westland Group spotlights it's next-generation LotoTec® MRS roller

A key highlight is the next-generation LotoTec® MRS roller, featuring a patented sealed surface. This advanced coating preserves the roller’s elasticity while offering high chemical resistance, ultra-low surface tension, and a mirror-smooth finish. The result: exceptional ink/water balance, outstanding print stability, and reduced waste—especially valuable for short-run jobs. Fast and easy cleaning further boosts productivity while significantly reducing solvent use. The roller also ensures consistent dimensional stability when alternating between UV-curing and conventional inks.

Another highlight in Barcelona is the ECO Sleeve, developed by Westland’s subsidiary LIGUM. Designed for multiple reuse and regumming, these ultra-thin sleeves drastically reduce material consumption, lower energy use, and help avoid early disposal—more than 4,800 sleeves were saved from waste in 2023 alone.
