The hardware configuration includes a 4K color line scan camera with a combined lamp for detecting various printing defects such as dirty spots, missing prints, color variance, mis-registration, varnish defects, lamination wrinkles, etc.
The software is equipped with a new intelligent inspection program that supports: automatic modeling by import PDF file, inspection of complex variable codes, real-time image monitoring, automatic slitting blades settings, and export PDF inspection reports.
