Registration questions
How can I register for an event as a visitor?
You can register on the show website by clicking on the 'Register Now' button located at the top right of the website homepage.
What documents do I need to complete registration?
You do not need any documents to complete registration.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We accept credit and debit card payments using Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Unfortunately we do not accept payment by bank transfer.
Can you send me an invoice beforehand? Will I receive a receipt?
Unfortunately we cannot issue invoices in advance. You will receive an invoice/receipt by email within a few minutes of completing your registration.
Can I register my colleagues?
You can register for your colleagues but will need to provide all of their details. There is no group booking functionality so each person needs to be registered individually.
Can I register onsite?
Yes, but to avoid unnecessary delays we strongly advise to pre-register. Online registration will remain open until the end of show. We also have early bird pricing on the website until the 22 August.
How much does it cost to visit the show?
EXPO ENTRY ONLY: Expo tickets include access to the Labelexpo Europe show floor. Your entry badge will be valid on all four days of the show. All attendees must have an expo ticket.
For Brand Owners, Converters and Designers:
Early bird (before 22 August) : €75 +VAT
Standard Rate : €95 +VAT
For Suppliers:
Early bird (before 22 August): €150 +VAT
Standard Rate: €250 +VAT
All prices are exclusive of 21% Spanish VAT.
MASTER CLASSES
The Label Academy will be presenting Master Classes at the show. These can be booked when you register to visit the show. Sessions will be held in English only. Excluding VAT.
Folding Carton for Label Converters Master Class (Tuesday 16 September 2025) €495 +VAT
This in-depth master class is designed specifically for label printers looking to expand their capabilities and tap into the folding carton production.
RFID Technology and Integration Master Class (Wednesday 17 September 2025) €495 +VAT
This Label Academy Master Class will explore the role of RFID technology and how it is transforming the label production industry by enhancing product tracking, inventory management, security, and supply chain efficiency, with a focus on integrating passive and active RFID systems into labeling processes.
Automation in Label Production Master Class (Thursday 18 September 2025) €495 +VAT
In this Label Academy Master Class, you will learn about automation technologies that are revolutionizing label production by improving efficiency, precision, and customization, helping manufacturers enhance business performance and stay competitive in a rapidly evolving market.
What do I do with a VIP code from an exhibitor?
If you receive a VIP registration code from an exhibitor, please register online to use it. Simply enter the code during the online registration process. Codes cannot be accepted if you register at the show.
Unfortunately you cannot use the code if you have already registered. We suggest giving the code to one of your colleagues who has not yet registered.
I have tried to register with my VIP code but it does not work?
This is because you have already started the registration process and stopped which locks the code for 45 minutes so please try again after. This could also mean that someone else has already used the code and we can check that for you, please email help@labelexpo.com your name, email address and the VIP code.
How can I apply for a visa letter?
If you need a visa to enter Spain, you may be asked for an invitation letter confirming that you are attending Labelexpo Europe 2025. We are happy to provide invitation letters to registered visitors.
If you require an invitation letter, please register for the event first. After the process and payment is complete, you will receive an email with a link to download your invitation letter. We are unable to issue invitation letters to anyone who has not registered for the show.
I haven’t received my confirmation email?
We will resend this to you, please email labelexpoCS@informa.com your full name and email address.
I cannot attend anymore; can I get a refund?
If you cancel your tickets by Friday, 27 June, you will receive a 50% refund. We cannot refund any cancellations after this date. If you cannot visit the show yourself, you're welcome to change the badge details to that of a colleague. Simply follow the link in your confirmation email to make any changes.
What’s your admissions policy?
Labelexpo Europe 2025 is open to trade visitors over the age of 18 only. Everyone needs a badge issued by the show organizers to enter.
Badge holders must not allow their badges to be worn by anyone else. Anyone attending may be asked to show a form of photo ID.
The organizers reserve the right to exclude or remove anyone from Labelexpo Europe 2025. Official photographers will be taking photographs during the show, which may include photos of anyone attending. The organisers may use these for the purpose of marketing future Labelexpo events.

Is it open to the public?
No. Labelexpo Europe is open to business professionals and industry only, business card proof is required. No under 18’s are allowed entry.
Where is Fira Barcelona Gran Via?
Located very close Barcelona-El Prat Airport. Address is East Access, Carrer de la Botànica, 62, 08908 L'Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.
Where can I book accommodation?
Special rates are exclusively available from our official housing service provider, bnetwork. Please note that bnetwork is the ONLY OFFICIALLY RECOMMENDED and authorized hotel reservations agent. Please beware of any other third-party convention housing agents who may solicit your business, charge more and may not honor your reservation when the time comes.

Will there be parking available?
The Fira Gran Via is located in a new business development area, connected to the main motorways and dual carriageways leading into Barcelona:

Venue Questions
Is there WIFI within the exhibition hall?
There is complimentary Wi Fi throughout the show.
Will there be security within the exhibition hall?
Yes, the hall is manned by security and all visitors will be subject to security checks on-site.
Are there catering outlets at the venue?
Yes, there will be a variety of catering outlets at the exhibition offering a wide range of refreshments. Visitors are not allowed to bring their own food and drink into the halls and will have to use the venues in-house caterers.
Will there be a cloakroom at the venue?
Yes, a cloakroom is available at the venue in the east entrance.
Is there a Lost and Found?
The lost and found is located at the organisers office located in the east entrance.
