Daco Solutions exhibits new Daco PLR slitter rewinder

Daco Solutions exhibits the new Daco PLR slitter rewinder with a three-spindle semi-automatic turret rewinder and an integrated 1m (40in) unwind and web widths of 350mm (13.75”) and 430mm (17”).  The machine is available with an inspection table and a vision system.  The Daco PLD350 with a rotary die station for plain label production will be exhibited, showing clients the benefit of automated plain label production with a 3-spindle semi-auto turret rewinder.

The new Daco SRV350 fully servo slitter rewinder with a Nikka vision system, back numbering and auto set slitting knives.  The SRV is a very flexible platform that allows clients to specify a machine for most slitting and rewinding requirements. 

Daco also manufactures semi-rotary die cutters for digital finishing, and options include high-build varnishes/embellishment, cold foiling and digital cold foiling.

The Daco TD 350/430 fully automatic turret rewinder to produce plain labels are manufactured with a 1m (40”) unwind, one or two rotary die stations and a four-spindle turret rewinder.  By adding one or two flexo stations, the machine can produce finished rolls in one pass.  Drying options include UV, IR and LED, along with options for UV inkjet systems for barcodes and variable data work.
