The procedure for this differs from the last show as the doors to the metro stations are now automated so they cannot just show their exhibitor/visitor pass.
All exhibitors and visitors who have registered for the show will be issued with a 9 digit unique reference number in early September which will allow them to receive a 4 day “event pass”. Methods of obtaining the pass are as follows:
- The 9 digit reference number can be entered at any ticket machine in any metro station in Brussels (instructions will be sent to all) to obtain the event pass
- There will be a number of dedicated desks in the metro station at Heysel (closest to the show) where exhibitors/visitors can exchange their unique reference number for an event pass
- We will also have a dedicated desk at the registration area in Halls 5 and 12 where exhibitors/visitors can exchange their unique reference number for an event pass.
