Marcin Lapaj

Market Development Manager, North and Central Europe Films Division / ExxonMobil Chemical

A native of Cracow, Poland, Marcin served for nearly three years as a Territory Sales Manager for ExxonMobil Chemical in Poland. During this time, he also earned his Executive Master of Business Administration from the Helsinki School of Economics. In 2007, Marcin moved to ExxonMobil Chemical’s Films Division in Luxembourg as a Global Market Planner. This was quickly followed by a role as Market Segment Manager, where he was responsible for food core market segments. In 2010, he moved to the Sales Department and is currently working on aluminum foil replacement projects in North and Central Europe. With more than 13 years’ experience working within the packaging industry, Marcin draws on his extensive experience to support customers looking for sustainable and lightweight barrier alternatives to aluminum foil in flexible packaging applications.
