Tech Cell presents new anti-score ceramic coating

Tech Cell (stand 5D85) will be introducing a new ceramic coating specifically developed for anti-score problems. The Zirkon system is a completely new Anilox coating developed especially to cope with the everyday problem of Anilox scoring.

Tech Cell have also developed the latest in Anilox screen configurations to be known as Emerald Plus. This is the advancement on the original Emerald cell configuration designed to give high volume release for the UV and water-based label market. This latest development utilizes the Laser technology within Tech Cell to further advance the cell ink release. This will give an additional 10% release on the standard Emerald screen allowing the printer to increase line counts to up to 2000LPI (790l/cm) whilst still maintaining high ink release.
