Spilker presents the latest tools and machinery

Spilker (stand 11Q90) will show high-precision cutting and stamping tools as well as special purpose machinery for rotary cutting and converting. The company will unveil its newly developed converting machine series S-Con Vert.

S-Con Vert. toffers digital adjustment of the longitudinal cutter for a comfortable adjusting of the machine and a significant reduction of material waste.

The S-Con Vert 550 has a simple manual inspection and optional 100 percent inspection system. Classic tools such as magnetic cylinders, flexible dies, rotary cutters, cutting units, printing, hot stamping and embossing cylinders will also be displayed, as well as special tools like aluminum sleeves, the Sonic series –and, if necessary, vacuum – the folding box technology Boxit and the height-adjustable counter pressure cylinder Variabase.

Spilker will also shows its modular S-Con Starline 550, which allows various cutting, embossing and laminating processes to be combined.
