New die unit from Nilpeter

Experience the new Nilpeter (stand 7L60) Revolver die unit in action. The unique unit is based on the SMED principle ’single minute exchange of die’ and allows the operator to prepare a new die for the next process – while the press is running. During the job change the operator can focus on changing the printing units – and let the Revolver change die automatically. The Revolver die unit features ultra quick-change turret, slide-out die-loader/un-loader, on-the-fly loading/un-loading on die and a hydraulic pressure gauging system.
