Bitek promotes anytron digital range

Bitek Technology Inc (stand 9A51) will be showcasing equipment from its anytron range, which is the company’s brand of digital label printing systems. Bitek will be introducing anytron products for digital label printing and finishing solutions which are the advanced technology for roll-to-roll digital label printer, laser die-cutter and blade die-cutter.

any-002 is an optimum technology solution for small batch printing. Equipped with a 600*1200dpi high resolution toner based color laser LED engine, it supports high precision printing using toner for A4-sized width roll at 9m/min speed. It gives benefits of efficiency and cost-saving by printing a variety of color labels in an easy and fast way.

any-cut I is the most compact laser die-cutter for roll-to-roll type of small batch label printing with a latest laser technology with it supports all-in-one functions of laminating, cutting, and waste removal which greatly improves productivity at 18m/min speed for A4-sized width roll. any-cut III is the powerful A3-sized laser label finisher with flexible modular design for roll-to-roll label at 30m/min high speed. It uses a precise laser system and web guide sensor to keep roll media straight. Any-cut III has all-in-one functions of laminating, cutting, waste removal and slitting as well.

any-blade is the convenient roll-to-roll digital knife die-cutter. It is the A3-sized knife die-cutter with flatbed cutting engine to support 350mm cutting width to cover most of printing width for both of analog and digital labels. It can be easily customized depending on customer’s need because of flexible modularized hardware design. Second rewinder unit and inkjet printing engine can be also used as an in-line system. Its auto job change function enables unattended job-changing during the single process.
